Thank you for shopping at Formae! We take immense pride in crafting premium acrylic posters and custom design objects. Because our products are fragile and frequently made-to-order, we have established a clear policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure a transparent shopping experience.
1. Order Cancellations
Custom/Personalized Orders: Once a custom design or personalized file is submitted and the payment is successful, production begins almost immediately. Therefore, custom orders cannot be canceled once placed.

2. Returns Policy
Because our acrylic posters are manufactured on-demand and tailored to specific size/artwork specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.
We only accept replacements or returns if the product delivered meets one of the following criteria:
The print design or size delivered is completely different from what you ordered.
The product has an inherent manufacturing defect (e.g., severe peeling or unpolished raw edges).
3. Damaged or Defective Items (Transit Guarantee)
Acrylic is a premium, rigid material that can occasionally suffer from severe mishandling by courier services. We cover this entirely under our Transit Guarantee.
If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
To claim a free replacement, please provide:
Your Order ID.
Clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the damage to the product and the condition of the outer packaging.
Once verified by our team, we will manufacture and ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you. We do not require you to ship the damaged product back to us.
4. Refunds Process
In rare cases where a product is eligible for a monetary refund rather than a replacement (such as a system error or an approved cancellation):
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI wallet).
Timeline: Once initiated, the refund usually takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, GoKwik).
Shipping charges and handling fees incurred during the initial order are non-refundable.
