• Product Visuals: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our acrylic posters as accurately as possible. However, because variations can occur due to monitor settings and the reflective nature of acrylic, the physical product may vary slightly from online mockups.

• Custom Designs: For any custom or user-submitted designs, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or text uploaded. We reserve the right to refuse printing any content that violates intellectual property laws, or is deemed offensive or harmful.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a Product at any time.

3. Payment & Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

• Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateways.

• Orders will only be processed and dispatched once full payment confirmation is received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Production and Handling: Because our acrylic posters and objects require precise manufacturing and quality checks, please allow a standard processing window of 3-5 business days before dispatch.

• Shipping Estimates: Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Formae is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, weather events, or regional logistical disruptions.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Damage Policy

Because our products—especially custom prints—are made-to-order, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure sustainability.

• Custom Goods: All sales of custom-designed or personalized products are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

• Transit Damage / Defects: Acrylic is a premium, rigid material that can occasionally suffer from severe transit mishandling. If your product arrives cracked, deeply scratched, or defective, you must contact us at formaefrompanalore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. High-clearance photos or an unboxing video of the damaged product and packaging.

• Upon verification, we will issue a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

Formae, our directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or any products procured using the service.
